First of all, an Evil Genius status would require quite a bit of noteriety. So you first of all need a secret lair, and more importantly you need to have loyal minions to help setup your establishment. After that you just need an important yet comfortable chair, weird wardrobe and of course a cat. All super villans and evil genius' have cats. You should play the game 'Evil Genius' you would have a most entertaining time.

If I were I would create a powerful extremely profitable corporation, influence the US government to give me many special rights and privileges, with the US government under my wing I would sway the ignorant to some ridiculous cause(I dunno communism, Christian dominance of the world, illegal immigration etc. maybe a combination of those) then swiftly take over the educated world using force followed by War is Peace Freedom is Slavery Ignorance is Strength
